KYN, operated by Simon Loftus, offers a 30-day money-back guaranteeon all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
- Email us at hello@kynrun.com and we'll help arrange your refund through Paddle.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; you retain access to KYN Pro until the end of the current paid period.
After 30 days
Refund requests made after 30 days are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. We will always comply with refund rights that apply to you under mandatory local law.
